About the Role

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at our Muscatine, IA facility. As a key member of our maintenance organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and prioritize all work requests to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with stockroom personnel to verify availability of parts and materials
  • Route work orders for approval and manage the work order backlog using SAP
  • Prepare and distribute reports and documentation as required by plant policies and procedures
  • Schedule and participate in regular work forecasts and meetings
  • Complete work orders closeout documentation and prepare requisitions for on-site contractor support
  • Perform additional assignments as needed and given by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma (an Associate's degree is preferred)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • SAP experience is preferred
  • 2+ years of similar experience
  • Ability to exercise discretion and judgment due to access to confidential information
