POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Operations Supervisor to oversee all beverage-related activities within our modern supermarket chain. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to anticipate, organize, and manage beverage inventory, personnel, and financial outcomes. The primary objective is to enhance sales and profitability through exceptional customer service and employee involvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee all beer and wine sales and daily operations while adhering to budgetary constraints and maintaining high standards
  • Ensure outstanding levels of service for both internal and external customers
  • Recognize customer needs and proactively address any concerns
  • Lead the beverage team by mentoring and evaluating skilled staff
  • Set objectives, timelines, policies, and procedures
  • Facilitate open communication and foster a culture of ownership with a focus on motivation and teamwork
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Provide management with reports on sales performance and productivity

QUALIFICATIONS
