Position Summary: The role involves conducting advanced epigenomic and single-cell assays utilizing mouse genetic or organoid models to explore gene regulatory mechanisms associated with intestinal health, including factors such as diet, nutrition, inflammation, regeneration, stem cell biology, and colon cancer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilization of mouse genetic models and organoid systems.
  • Generation of epigenomic and single-cell omic data.
  • Data analysis, manuscript preparation, and presentation of findings.

Position Status: Full Time

Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Experience: A PhD is required, as advanced training is essential for the successful completion of complex projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Candidates must demonstrate independent thinking while collaborating with the team to brainstorm and troubleshoot effectively.

Experience with epigenomics-related equipment and data analysis software is essential.
