Position Summary: The role involves conducting cutting-edge epigenomic and single-cell assays utilizing mouse genetic or organoid models to explore gene regulatory mechanisms associated with intestinal health, encompassing aspects such as diet, nutrition, inflammation, regeneration, stem cell biology, and colon cancer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilization of mouse genetic models and organoid systems.
- Generation of epigenomic and single-cell omic data.
- Data analysis, manuscript preparation, and presentation of findings.
Position Status: Full Time
Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Experience: A PhD is required, with training necessary to effectively execute complex projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Independent thinking and collaborative brainstorming and troubleshooting within the team are essential.
Experience with epigenomics-related equipment and data analysis software is mandatory.
