The ideal candidate will be reliable, possess exceptional customer service skills, and demonstrate strong communication and listening abilities. This role involves engaging with prospective clients via phone, collecting pertinent information and documentation, and coordinating appointments with attorneys.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial consultations through phone or in-person meetings to collect information regarding potential clients' legal matters. Assess whether potential clients have valid cases.
  • Quickly acquire and retain knowledge of eligibility criteria for the firm's services.
  • Document detailed notes and gather essential information from clients, including case facts and relevant documents.
  • Maintain accurate and current records of all intake activities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards throughout the intake process.
  • Oversee the intake department, ensuring timely follow-up with all potential clients.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in intake or a related field; 3 years preferred.
  • Strong telephone communication skills, including the ability to provide professional responses, active listening, and de-escalation of challenging calls while maintaining professionalism.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to convert leads within the firm's designated timeframe.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a professional environment.
  • Familiarity with business applications used by the firm (e.g., File Vine, Lead Docket, MS Office) is preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
