The Case Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, investigating cases, and coordinating with insurance companies and medical providers. They will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining case files, preparing files for submission to demand writers, and continuously monitoring case status.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience managing a heavy case load in the Personal Injury field.
  • Experience managing a file from intake to demands and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent follow-through skills to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with heavy client contact.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance terminology a plus.
  • Spanish speaking a plus.
