Position Overview: The Supply Chain Specialist will manage incoming orders, update inventory systems, and collaborate with our product team to ensure an efficient order fulfillment process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support material counts, merchandise, or supplies in stock and update inventory records accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with the Inventory Specialist to reconcile inventories with office records or calculate figures from documents such as production logs or purchase invoices to maintain current inventory levels.
  • Alongside the Inventory Specialist, generate reports including inventory balances, pricing lists, and shortages.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Bio Track effectively and accurately, aiming to become an expert user.
  • Assist in managing transfers and preparing shipping manifests.
  • Stock and distribute materials or merchandise as needed.
  • Support all wholesale orders, including picking, packaging, counting, and scanning.
  • Exhibit a high level of detail and precision in all inventory-related tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy in labeling and all product-related information.
  • Act with integrity and honesty while actively promoting the company culture and values.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor during high-volume or stressful periods, setting a positive example for the team.
  • May perform duties in cultivation as required.
  • Execute other related tasks and projects as directed by management based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED); or six months of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in order fulfillment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to address complex order fulfillment challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong computing skills.
  • Inherent drive for success paired with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in various units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and to interpret bar graphs.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to address problems involving multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.
