Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients requiring insurance pre-authorization for treatments.
  • Manage appeals to insurance providers following prior authorization denials.
  • Secure prior authorization approvals from insurance companies and nursing staff.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in billing is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in processing refunds and conducting credit analysis in a healthcare environment.
  • Self-driven and quick to learn.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
