Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience
Coordinate activities to support patient care staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
Manage medical records and data flow within the unit, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information
Perform a range of clerical functions, including handling patient charts and coordinating data flow
Requirements:
1 year of customer service experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience preferred
Previous HUC, administrative, or hospitality industry experience a plus
