Job Summary:The Coordinator, Outpatient Mental Health Therapy will serve a dual role, providing therapy services to clients and overseeing the coordination of clinical services. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate mental health services for clients.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop related treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing therapy with clients, developing effective therapeutic relationships.
- Use cultural competency, evidence-based practices, and collaborate with the team to provide high-quality care.
- Maintain ongoing and timely documentation of services.
- Master's degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or related field.
- Mental health professional licensure (LP, LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW) licensure required.
- Interest in working with diverse clients.
- Organizational skills to complete documentation.
- Ability to work some evenings when clients are available.
