POSITION OVERVIEW
The IT Business Applications team is seeking a dedicated Business Applications Support Analyst to enhance our end-user support capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Microsoft AX/D365 F&O products, along with experience in CRM/D365 CE and Power Platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Oversee daily system operations (AX2012, D365 F&O, CRM, PowerBI)
- Monitor scheduled processes to ensure smooth functioning
- Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and training
- Manage the incidents queue effectively
- Lead necessary upgrades for cloud-based systems
- Ensure compliance with ticketing system processes (SLAs, documentation, etc.)
- Create and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Assist project teams in testing modifications and enhancements
- Identify and address potential issues or process gaps proactively
- Collaborate with Developers and Business Systems Analysts for issue resolution
- Coordinate with third-party partners for support management
- Occasional travel may be required
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS DESIRED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365
- Strong operational background (Supply Chain, Logistics, Trade) with basic finance knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions
- Advanced experience in software support
- Familiarity with D365 CRM and Customer Engagement is preferred
- Knowledge of Power Platform and Power BI is a plus
