Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Medical Laboratory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Laboratory Unit. The successful candidate will have a strong background in laboratory procedures and instrumentation, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Laboratory Unit, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of laboratory services.
- Lead a team of medical laboratory professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services with other healthcare services.
- Monitor and analyze laboratory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a laboratory setting.
- Advanced knowledge of laboratory procedures and instrumentation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Florida Clinical Laboratory Supervisor License.
