About the Role

As a Supply Chain Planning Manager at Stanley, you will lead short- and long-term supply planning for our key product lines in the North America market. You will also support the management of the supply-demand balance for all global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated supply planning activities across the organization, running S&OP cycles
  • Review, identify, and mitigate any near-term and long-range imbalances of supply and demand using quantitative analysis and data-based decision making
  • Manage lead times and variability to ensure supply availability to meet and exceed service, revenue, and profitability objectives
  • Create, implement, and monitor supply planning KPI's to drive business improvements
  • Facilitate new product rollouts and coordinate product discontinuations with Commercial/Sales, Product Creation and Supply Chain teams
  • Manage and develop the performance of direct reports and team members through performance management, calibration, resource review and planning, capability, training and development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, mathematics, business, or related quantitative disciplines
  • 10+ years of demand planning experience. E-commerce experience preferred
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Advanced skills in Excel and knowledge of Kinaxis or other enterprise level planning applications
  • Core strength in advanced forecasting concepts, principles, and standard processes (such as regression analysis, causal analysis, etc.)
