Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Project Manager Sr to lead our supply chain operations and ensure the success of our New Glenn program. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the monitoring of critical business-wide metrics, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing advanced supply chain modeling techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the monitoring of critical business-wide metrics and coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain effectiveness.
  • Lead the development and execution of long-term capacity planning strategies to support growth.
  • Implement advanced supply chain modeling techniques for inventory optimization and cost reduction.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive efficiency and cost reduction in supply chain operations.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer obsession.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement of supply chain processes and systems.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics for supply chain management.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to support operations.
  • Coordinate and resolve company-wide risks and obstacles to align schedules with customer needs.
  • Report key supplier progress to senior leadership in operational initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of direct experience OR 12+ years in supply chain management, focusing on capacity planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain strategy and management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint and Coupa system(s).
