Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Yaskawa America, Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the execution of contracts, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project management standard procedures.
- Assist in generating and managing program schedules, project budgets, and resource priorities.
- Coordinate project kick-off meetings, prepare project teams, and ensure objectives are met in accordance with established priorities.
- Issue schedules for all projects, provide timely updates to customers and project teams, and conduct regular project meetings.
- Monitor and report cost-to-complete throughout the project, coordinate technical problem-solving, and facilitate machine acceptance and sign-off.
- Work with accounting to collect and negotiate past-due accounts, generate and handle project engineering change orders, and complete closed order analysis.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, identify new technologies, and execute projects as per project management standard procedures.
- Maintain the highest level of safety and quality standards, generate and maintain administrative tools, and implement lessons learned/continuous improvement programs.
- Guide the project team to design and develop robotic systems, conduct or help design tests, and facilitate design reviews.

- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of project management software and tools.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of safety and quality standards.
This position requires some travel, and the individual must have a valid driver's license and full coverage automobile insurance.
