IT Project Management Office Lead

Woolpert is seeking a seasoned IT Project Management Office (PMO) Lead to oversee the implementation, deployment, and integration of projects across the organization.
This role involves leading and coordinating project management activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and driving successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
The IT PMO Lead will work closely with senior management, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure governance, standardization, and continuous improvement in project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the PMO, managing a team of project managers, coordinators, and analysts.
- Establish and enforce PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and processes across ERP projects.
- Develop and maintain the project governance framework, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT project management and PMO leadership.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
