Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will evaluate and treat residents with speech therapy needs; communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals; maintain accurate documentation of services in the electronic medical record (EMR); and conduct in-services and training for facility staff as needed.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy program
  • Possesses a minimum of a Master's Degree in Speech Therapy
  • Current State of Maine licensure as Speech Therapist
  • Experience in long-term care environment preferred
