Job Summary

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with patients to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders. Your expertise will help individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing, as well as those with severe expressive and/or language comprehension disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate patients' communication skills and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide aural rehabilitation for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing
  • Implement augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems for individuals with severe expressive and/or language comprehension disorders
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology in the assigned state
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Prior experience in speech pathology preferred

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and 401(k) matching, our employees also enjoy:
