Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring property maintenance problems and repairs are diagnosed and resolved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to work order requests from residents and schedule, monitor, and perform general maintenance as required.
  • Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, and process unit turnover.
  • Work with outside contractors as needed and share on-call responsibilities.
  • May require working on weekends and holidays.
Requirements
  • At least two years of maintenance experience, with apartment maintenance experience a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polite and professional approach, with a focus on WOW customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.
