Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring property maintenance problems and repairs are diagnosed and resolved in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to work order requests from residents and schedule, monitor, and perform general maintenance as required.
- Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, and process unit turnover.
- Work with outside contractors as needed and share on-call responsibilities.
- May require working on weekends and holidays.
- At least two years of maintenance experience, with apartment maintenance experience a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polite and professional approach, with a focus on WOW customer service skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.
