About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Service Sales Development Representative to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through the sale of renewable maintenance agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned geographic territory
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Utilize sales tools and methodologies to plan and document sales progress
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of progressive sales experience
  • Aptitude for technical knowledge with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Selling of service and intangibles
  • Exposure to sales methodologies, standards, and disciplines
