About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Audit Associate. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of their financial statements, and identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, including their financial systems, accounting processes, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and evaluations of our clients' internal control structures.
  • Perform substantive tests and tests of internal controls to identify and resolve accounting or reporting issues.
  • Draft financial statements under prescribed formats, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum B.A / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university by the time employment commences.
  • Accounting major.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

At RSM Global, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $61,600 - $73,500

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
