Highly Skilled System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled system administrator with expertise in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to join our team at Network Designs Inc.
This role is responsible for supporting end-user access and system interoperability, focusing on public key security. Key responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of digital certificates and keys, ensuring the availability and integrity of the PKI environment, and providing technical support to users and stakeholders.
As a PKI expert, you will be responsible for troubleshooting connectivity issues, ranging from PIV hardware to certificate chains to credential expiration. You will also manage digital certificate requests, issuance, and renewal processes, monitor PKI systems for performance and security compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance PKI processes and ensure interoperability.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of PKI architecture, certificate authorities, and encryption technologies. Experience with security protocols such as SSL/TLS and certificate management is also essential. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and prioritize critical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
