About the Job

Eliassen Group is seeking a highly skilled IT infrastructure engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, registry, and file system security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Windows OS-based computer devices and manage Active Directory.
  • Develop and enforce Group Policy Objects to ensure security and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to registry and file system security.
  • Implement and manage Multi-factor Authentication, Public Key Infrastructure, and identity and access management solutions.
  • Script in PowerShell to automate tasks and perform routine maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of systems and applications.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level knowledge of Windows OS-based computer devices and Active Directory.
  • Strong understanding of Group Policy Objects, registry, and file system security.
  • Intermediate experience scripting in PowerShell.
  • Experience implementing Multi-factor Authentication, Public Key Infrastructure, and identity and access management solutions.
  • Experience with IPv4 and IPv6 implementation, including dual-stack and IPv6-only environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting authentication issues with VPN and replication issues via sites and services.
  • Experience operating in federal government enterprise environments and applying Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing active directory for on-prem and cloud through MS ADFS, Azure, and AWS.
  • Experience with hardware and software purchases and managing environments of 2000+ servers across multiple field site locations.

Salary:

$50 per hour, based on location and experience.
