Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Director to lead the planning and execution of curricular ecopreneurship programs at Stanford University. The successful candidate will work closely with faculty, ecopreneurs, and investors to develop and implement innovative learning pathways for ecopreneurs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curricular ecopreneurship programs, including working with faculty to develop curriculum and logistical infrastructure.
  • Source, collect, and analyze data to inform program development and evaluation.
  • Identify opportunities for new curricular programming and recommend solutions to meet the needs of ecopreneurial students.
  • Advise students and faculty on classes and resources available for ecopreneurship.
  • Contribute to strategic program planning and related funding and financial sustainability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
  • Ability to develop program partnerships and funding sources.
  • Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills, exhibiting fluency in an area of specialization.
  • Ability to oversee and direct staff.
  • Ability to manage budgets and develop financial plans.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience or familiarity with entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial learning, or startups.
  • Broad awareness of domestic and global environmental sustainability issues.
  • Excellent program/project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort working with diverse personalities.
