We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Sonida Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and greet visitors and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages for department heads as needed.
- Respond to resident emergency calls and notify the nurse or manager on duty.
- Assist residents, department heads, and colleagues with requests and inquiries.
- Ensure residents and guests sign in and out of the building.
- Provide valet support to residents as required.
