Job Title: Onsite Support Analyst

About the Role:

The Onsite Support Analyst is a critical member of our IT team, responsible for providing expert desktop support services to our clients. As a second point of escalation, you will be responsible for resolving desktop or laptop-related incidents, service requests, and connectivity issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and diagnose technical issues using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  • Resolve and close incidents and service requests within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Evaluate and escalate unresolved incidents and service requests to senior team members or external vendors.
  • Log incident and service request details accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding incident progress and resolution.
  • Ensure all tickets are updated until issues are resolved.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction callbacks and surveys to measure service quality.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT management and support teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in desktop support, IT infrastructure, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
