We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Digital Product Specialist. As a Digital Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality car buying experience to our customers starting online.
You will work to answer leads and streamline the vehicle purchase process, making it more comfortable and convenient for the consumer. Our sales process is designed to be no-haggle on used vehicles and low-haggle on new vehicles, creating a better experience for the customer and Product Specialist.
Through learning our process, you can follow our career path to develop in the organization and learn new skills related to automotive retail.Responsibilities
- Respond to customer online leads in a timely manner and answer questions with accurate and pertinent information.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with customers through outbound sales activities.
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle that best fits their budget.
- Accurately log activities on the internal lead management system.
- Work with customers when they come to the store to provide a streamlined, omnichannel experience.
- Conduct business development and networking activities to generate sales.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
