Your Impact:
As the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for Technology Sourcing and Candidate Engagement, you will lead a team of recruitment professionals focused on developing candidate pipeline strategies for the most critical roles within the Technology division.
You will collaborate with and advise Technology Leaders, stakeholders, and the Talent Acquisition team to generate talent pipelines from diverse sources, building exceptional teams that reflect Databricks' values and culture.
Utilizing data analytics, you will assess, track, and enhance the effectiveness of the Technology hiring process. You will uncover insights, identify challenges, and highlight opportunities within the data, providing comprehensive updates to stakeholders and leadership that foster buy-in and inspire action.
You will design and implement programs, initiatives, and processes that tackle hiring challenges, boost productivity, and work alongside Technology partners to create opportunities for engaging with outstanding talent.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting, specifically for Technology roles, ideally in Software Engineering across various levels.
- 4+ years of direct management experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience within an in-house recruitment team.
- Extensive experience in developing candidate pipeline strategies, including sourcing candidates through multiple channels, particularly passive searches.
- Proven track record in enhancing and streamlining recruitment processes and workflows to attract exceptional talent in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in managing operations through data analysis and influencing outcomes via data storytelling.
- Experience in collaborating with Technology leaders; you build relationships through excellent communication and influencing skills, inspiring collaboration through strong partnerships.
- Formal project management experience leading large-scale programmatic initiatives is preferred.

Compensation Transparency:
Databricks is dedicated to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is outlined below and represents the base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are determined by various factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience depth, relevant certifications, and specific work location. Databricks utilizes the full width of the range based on these factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for an annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
