Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Reevision Network LLC.

As a valued member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to provide vital counseling and therapy services to individuals, groups, and families.

Your primary responsibilities will involve assessing clients' mental health needs, accurately diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing personalized treatment plans.

Through leading therapy sessions, you will empower patients to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and make positive changes in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish positive, trusting relationships with patients
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
  • Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances
  • Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
  • Involve and advise family members when appropriate
  • Supervise residents in counseling or supervisees in social work
  • Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience of at least 1 year as a Mental Health Therapist or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Empathy for clients
  • Confidentiality with client information
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist
  • Licensed or provisionally licensed in the state of VA
  • Professional Liability insurance
