About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team at First Horizon National Corporation. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our commercial lending portfolio.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring timely and accurate loan processing, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including management, underwriting, and credit, to ensure seamless loan processing and customer service.
  • Financial Analysis and Planning: Analyze financial data and develop business plans to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and banking policies.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain expertise and provide exceptional service to clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, economics).
  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in commercial lending, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
