Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Liberty Packaging Inc. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to capture new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships.
- Identify key decision-makers and create effective approaches to reach them, executing traditional and Go-To-Market sales strategies to capture market share and improve profit margins.
- Initiate customer relationships and close business using a proven sales process, leveraging our packaging capabilities to design custom solutions that meet customer needs.
- Manage customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service, cultivating long-term relationships and meeting ongoing packaging needs.
- Monitor market, customer, and consumer trends that impact the business.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related sales experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field in lieu of experience.
- Experience planning, implementing, and analyzing new sales strategies.
- Experience in a manufacturing organization is a plus.
- Strong prospecting and business development skills, excellent communication skills, and superior resolution and decision-making skills.
- Results-oriented with a sense of urgency, motivated by success.
- Ability to work independently and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time, occasional extended travel.
