About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Sanden International. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and designing compressors and HVAC systems that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and design compressors and HVAC systems that meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Conduct technical feasibility studies and provide technical support to internal and external customers.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including engineering reports and technical presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (BSME preferred), Masters' Degree in Engineering preferred.
  • 7+ years' experience in automotive application design, compressor development, FEA analysis knowledge, Vehicle and compressor Testing knowledge / Skills, and HVAC system knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of current computer technology and applications such as CAD, CAE, and MS Office applications.
  • Good communication skills with internal and external customers.
  • Knowledgeable of IATF-16949 and ISO-14001 procedures.
