About You:
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Special Education, or a related field in human services. You have a minimum of two years of experience applying the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your background includes developing and implementing positive behavior support strategies and teaching essential skills. You are highly organized, possess excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, and work well within a team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for providing in-home behavioral support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing functional behavior assessments and evaluating learning needs within family environments.
- Contribute to the creation of positive behavior support and skill development plans tailored to individual behavioral objectives.
- Implement, demonstrate, and track the progress of personalized plans based on data analysis under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collaborate effectively with team members focused on youth.
- Support the training of parents and caregivers in the application of behavior plans with children and families, emphasizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
