POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Business Applications Support Analyst to join our IT Business Applications team. This role is crucial for providing comprehensive support to end-users. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Microsoft AX/D365 F&O products, with additional experience in CRM/D365 CE and Power Platform being advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Oversee daily system operations, including AX2012, D365 F&O, CRM, and PowerBI.
  • Monitor scheduled processes to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and creating documentation and training materials.
  • Manage the incidents queue effectively.
  • Lead mandatory upgrades for cloud-based systems.
  • Ensure compliance with processes in the ticketing system, including SLAs and issue resolution.
  • Document processes and develop training resources.
  • Assist project teams in testing modifications and enhancements.
  • Proactively identify and address issues or process gaps.
  • Collaborate with Developers and Business Systems Analysts to resolve production issues.
  • Coordinate with third-party partners to manage support resources.
  • Occasional domestic travel may be required.

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS DESIRED

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365.
  • Strong background in Operations, particularly in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Trade, with foundational Finance knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and independently.
  • Advanced experience in software support.
  • Familiarity with D365 CRM and Customer Engagement is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform and Power BI is desirable.
