This essential role involves coordinating and managing all elements related to the preparation and execution of electronic closings.
Key Responsibilities:
As an eClosing Support Specialist, you will engage with clients, signers, internal teams, and external partners through various communication channels to ensure seamless and timely electronic closings, adhering to established company standards.
Your role will include fostering client relationships and surpassing expectations by leading discussions on platform inquiries and addressing signer/lender electronic closing requirements.
You may also handle routine inquiries and provide initial technical support for the platform, assisting clients with devices during the electronic closing process, including logging in, conducting pre-checks, and facilitating the signing process within the eClosing Room.
Independence is key, as you will be expected to work with minimal supervision to achieve team objectives and timelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-5 years of experience in the real estate or mortgage sector is preferred
- Experience with electronic closings and a notary commission is advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail, customer service skills, and strong verbal/written communication abilities
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Chrome, Sheets)
