- Engage and attract prospective customers at events, scheduling appointments for complimentary in-home consultations with our sales team.
- Promote our offerings and provide fundamental product insights to attendees at home shows.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance during events.
- Conduct interviews and hire potential team members for event support.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of displays in our showroom and at events.
- Interact with potential customers to draw them into our display area and set appointments for our sales team.
- Learn and understand key product features and benefits, training event staff accordingly.
- Collect and report daily leads to the Scheduling Manager.
- Assist with administrative tasks when not engaged in home shows and events.
- Research and register for upcoming shows and events in the Western WA region in collaboration with the scheduling manager.
- Dependability and accountability are essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outgoing and positive personality.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in generating reports and entering data into our CRM system.
- Travel to scheduled shows/events (reliable transportation required).
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Availability to work weekends during the event season, approximately 15 weekends annually.
- Willingness to work as an administrative assistant during the off-season in our showroom/office.
- Base salary.
- Bonus structure based on appointments set.
- Sales volume-based bonuses.
