Job Title: Contract Administrator

Job Summary:

D3 Search is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will provide support to the hospital's Corporate Legal Department in the preparation, review, and processing of legal documents. You will also perform due diligence on incoming contract packets to ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and process legal documents using form templates
  • Perform due diligence on incoming contract packets to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist in analyzing and organizing information
  • Provide support to the hospital's Corporate Legal Department

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience with administering and managing legal documents under the supervision of an attorney
  • Healthcare and/or hospital (legal dept.) exposure greatly preferred
  • Notary Public license preferred, but not required
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Writer, MediTract, PeopleSoft and/or other similar or related contract administration software/database applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certificate from a paralegal program or degree from a secondary institution with at least 31 semester units in law-related and/or business courses
  • Current enrollment in a paralegal program or degree program with pending certificate or degree

What We Offer:

Full-time, temp-to-hire position with a competitive hourly pay rate of $25.00-$32.50/hr. | DOE/DOQ

Location: Los Angeles, CA (hospital headquarters)
