  • Prepare and manage outgoing mailings, including electronic communications.
  • Establish and uphold an organized filing system.
  • Facilitate client or vendor meetings, including logistical arrangements.
  • Reserve meeting spaces and liaise with internal support teams.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Coordinate maintenance or setup of equipment.
  • Maintain departmental schedules and rosters.
  • Provide occasional project assistance to management.
  • Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Utilize database software for data storage and retrieval.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant office or clerical experience preferred.
  • Background in Finance or Accounting is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills across diverse teams.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Effective organizational and analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance.
