In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the well-being of our participants by assisting with daily living activities, promoting their independence, and fostering a positive and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:- Assist participants with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Prepare and serve meals, promoting healthy eating habits and social interaction.
- Accompany participants on outings and appointments, providing transportation and support.
- Engage in recreational activities, stimulating cognitive function and promoting social engagement.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized attention and support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide.
- Valid CPR/BLS certification from a recognized organization.
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities, demonstrating compassion and patience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with participants and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.
