We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our OB Float Pool team at Swedish First Hill. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care environment.
- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience in OB Nursing.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
