Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the OB Float Pool, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential risks and near misses.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in an OB Float Pool setting.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
