We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our OB Float Pool team at Swedish First Hill. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and advancing nursing knowledge to improve patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of experience in OB Nursing.
- National Certification in OB Nursing.
