We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our OB Float Pool team at Swedish First Hill. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional, comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute care environment.
- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and patient-centered care, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in OB nursing.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
