We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Bradford Health Services. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the recovery journey of our patients.
### Key Responsibilities
* Assist patients with daily activities, such as medication administration and meal times
* Monitor and facilitate patient engagement in recovery meetings and activities
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress
* Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure seamless care delivery
* Provide emotional support and guidance to patients in need
### Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science or related field preferred
* 1 year of experience in alcohol/drug treatment with direct patient contact preferred
* Valid driver's license and good driving record
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
