The Role

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Coty team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital media strategies that drive business growth and optimize ROI. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure digital media is a contributor to brand growth, accountable for delivering against media goals and objectives.

Key Qualifications

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in digital media strategy and a proven track record of building and scaling global brand digital media strategies. You will have a deep understanding of the digital media landscape and current/emerging platforms and technologies. Experience in a dynamic, matrix organization is essential.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital media strategies that drive business growth and optimize ROI
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure digital media is a contributor to brand growth, accountable for delivering against media goals and objectives
  • Manage digital media budgets across multiple brands/sub-brands, client, or agency side
  • International experience with a portfolio of brands
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, ability to present to leadership

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience building and scaling global brand digital media strategy for rapid growth
  • Agency background and significant time spent in digital media strategy and .com channels
  • Strong understanding of the KPIs to optimize digital media performance
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions
