Job Title: Assessment Center Supervisor

At Methodist Home for Children, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assessment Center Supervisor. This role plays a pivotal part in guiding and training our Youth Care Workers, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, and providing direct supervision to the youth served by the Assessment & Crisis Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the care of youth served by the Assessment & Crisis Center
  • Implement care services and engage youth in assessment activities
  • Provide direct supervision and training to Youth Care Workers
  • Ensure the safety and security of our facilities
Requirements:
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Previous supervisory or staff management experience in a social services setting
  • Experience working with youth in a supportive capacity
