As a key member of our Architectural Project Team, you will be responsible for creating detailed residential construction documents and 3D building models to complete project requirements and meet project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed residential construction documents and 3D building models to complete project requirements and meet project schedules.
  • Complete project work independently in at least two of the following Architectural Team Disciplines:
    • Design Floor plans, elevations, etc.
    • Architecture Layouts such floor framing, roof trusses, foundations, etc.
    • Fabrication Wall panel design
    • Code & Engineering Building codes and structural compliance
    • HVAC Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs
    • Estimating Material and quantity support
  • Maintain assigned portion of the project schedule and record accurate hours worked on each project.
  • Coordinate with other team members regarding project components to ensure overall project completion and low idle time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an architecture, engineering, or construction related field.
  • 1+ years experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industries.
  • Experience using AutoCAD preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
  • Experience with design development and creation of construction documentation.
  • Experience in residential homebuilding or production homebuilding preferred.
  • High level of attention to detail as well as strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
  • Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, with strong communication skills.
