Mid-Level SharePoint and PowerApps Professional

We are seeking a talented PowerApps and SharePoint Developer to join our dynamic team in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. The target salary for this position is $120,600, benchmarked in the local market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience working with Microsoft technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in application development is required, with a focus on creating scalable and secure solutions.
This role involves designing and developing custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), implementing Power Automate workflows, and building back-end services using C# or Python in Azure or AWS environments. Experience with database management, SQL, query languages, and data modeling is also essential.
The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze systems for inefficiencies and apply quantitative and qualitative analysis for informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom SharePoint Online sites using SPFx.
- Implement Power Automate workflows for automated data migration and business process automation.
- Build and maintain scalable back-end services using C# or Python within Azure Functions or AWS Lambda.
- Integrate back-end services with APIs, leveraging REST APIs and the Microsoft Graph API.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in application development using Microsoft technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform tools, including Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with database management, SQL, query languages, and data modeling.
