Assistant General Manager Job Description

At Sky Zone, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving park operations, creating a positive park culture, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing park operations, including sales, parties, and guest experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve park performance.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to create a positive and inclusive park culture.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and recognition.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recreation, fitness, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in executing Sky Zone's Core Competencies.
  • Coachable and eager to grow in and execute Sky Zone's Leadership Competencies.
  • Basic proficiency in technology, including MS Office Suite, Teams, and point of sale systems.
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
