Job Summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Installation Manager to lead our HVAC installation team. As an HVAC Installation Manager, you will be responsible for directing and leading HVAC installation strategies for the branch, including defining, implementing, and monitoring team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage and develop the installation staff, including hiring, terminating, and disciplining employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting meetings, counseling employees, evaluating performance, and directing work assignments to ensure production is completed.
  • Workload Management: Evaluate the workload and schedule service in a way that maximizes profits.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and may conduct job site surveys.
  • Financial Management: Create and manage budgets, ensure that materials and equipment are ordered and dispensed for scheduled jobs, and schedule repairs for parts to ensure minimal downtime in job completion.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Generate reports and measures of departmental operations, as well as records on all inventory, tools, and vehicles.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Review payroll records to ensure that technicians are paid properly.
  • Facility and Equipment Maintenance: Oversee facility and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with 6-8 years of experience in a service industry company.
  • Experience: HVAC industry experience/knowledge is required, as well as management experience with a track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communications, computer, and mathematical skills are required.
